Umingle Wrongly Banned My Adult Account and Asked Me to Pay

My Umingle account was banned today, 9 July 2026, with Ban ID 5834d216 on the assumption that I am under 18 years old. I am over 18 and, to my knowledge, I have not violated the community guidelines in any way. I was using the website on my PC when this occurred, and the ban was applied approximately one hour before I saw the restriction notice. After the ban, the system displayed a message stating that my account could be unbanned if I paid 5€. I am using a free account, and I feel very uncomfortable about being asked for a payment to remove a restriction that appears to be based on an incorrect age assessment. This situation makes me question the fairness and transparency of the process applied to my profile. I kindly request that my account be manually reviewed, that my age information be corrected, and that my profile be reactivated without any payment demand, as I believe this ban is unjustified.
