My Umingle Account Was Blocked Due to an Incorrect Age Check
I am writing to complain about my Umingle account on the website being blocked today due to an alleged age issue. The system marked my account as under 18, even though I am actually 21 years old and legally an adult in Indonesia. There is currently no balance or purchase in my account, but this block prevents me from using the service even though my age is above the required limit. I have not yet been able to contact Umingle customer support because I could not find a clear way to reach them. I kindly request that Umingle reviews my account, allows me to verify my real age with an official ID if needed, and reopens my account as soon as possible so that I can continue using the service without further issues.
