Umingle Web Version Wrongly Banned My Account for Being Underage

I have been using the Umingle web version in Indonesia and two days ago my account was suddenly banned with the reason that I am underage (under 18), even though I am actually 19 years old. I can no longer access my account and I was not given any clear explanation about this decision. As far as I know, Umingle can be used without registration and I did not complete any age or ID verification step. I also did not receive any email from you explaining the ban or how I can correct this situation. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again and unbanned, as I am over 18 and meet the age requirement. If necessary, I am ready to prove my age through a proper verification method so that I can continue using the Umingle web version in line with your rules and policies.
