Umingle Keeps Banning My Account for the Wrong Age Reason

I am writing to report an ongoing issue with the Umingle website, where my account keeps getting banned repeatedly. The platform states that the reason for my ban is that I am under the age of 18. However, I turned 18 this year and therefore meet the age requirement to use the platform.
Most recently, my account was banned yesterday. Similar bans also happened last week and last month while I was accessing the site from Indonesia. I have not received any clear explanation other than the under-18 notice, and I am certain that I have been using the platform in good faith.
I have contacted Umingle support multiple times about these repeated bans, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of communication and transparency makes it impossible for me to understand or correct the supposed issue. It is very frustrating to lose access to my account again and again despite being over 18.
I kindly request that my account be unbanned and fully reinstated, and that the age information on my account be updated correctly to show that I am now 18. I also expect this matter to be reviewed thoroughly so that similar unjustified bans do not happen again in the future.
