Umingle Account Wrongly Banned for Being Under 18, I'm 21

I have an account access problem with my Umingle account, which has been banned with the explanation that I am “banned for being under 18.” I am actually over 18 years old, I am 21, so I believe this ban is based on incorrect information about my age. After seeing that my account was banned for being under 18, I contacted Umingle via email and informed them that I am over 18. Despite this, my account is still banned and I cannot access it. I request that my age information be reviewed correctly, that my account ban be removed, and that my Umingle account access be restored as soon as possible.
