Appeal For Automated Gender Searching Ban

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with the Unmingle website. My account was suddenly banned without any prior warning or notification. When I tried to use the site, I was met with a “You are banned” message stating the reason as “Gender Searching” and showing my ban ID as 0f921e53. The ban was triggered because I mistakenly typed the letter “m” when responding to what people were asking me, and this seems to have been interpreted as gender searching. I did not intentionally violate the rules or try to misuse the platform. I was not given any chance to correct this mistake or receive a warning before the ban was applied. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and removed, considering that this was an unintentional error and not deliberate gender searching. I would like to continue using the Unmingle website in line with the rules, and I am asking for my account to be reinstated without requiring any payment for unbanning.
