Umingle Account Blocked for Gender Searching

My Umingle account was just banned for “Gender Searching” with Ban ID 043b86c9. Another user in the chat told me to type several “F” letters, and I only followed what they said without any intention to violate the rules or deliberately engage in gender searching. I do not usually search by gender or try to bypass the system, and I believe this ban is a mistake based on a misunderstanding of my behavior in that moment. I respect the platform rules and I want to continue using Umingle normally. I kindly ask you to review my case and chat activity related to this ban and reconsider the decision. I am requesting that my account be unbanned and the restriction associated with Ban ID 043b86c9 be removed, without requiring me to pay for an “instant unban” since I did not intentionally break the rules.
