I purchased Ultima Peak Performance Gummies online on 08/29/2026. The product did not perform as advertised, but the main issue is that the company placed me into a subscription-based plan without informing me clearly beforehand. I only realized this when a recurring charge went through my account, including a $78 charge that I had not knowingly authorized as part of a subscription. After noticing the unexpected charge and the fact that I was billed for a product I never even received, I tried several times to contact the company. However, I only received the runaround and no clear answer or solution, and my subscription was not properly cancelled. I request that Ultima Peak immediately cancel my subscription, refund the recurring payment including the $78 charge for the undelivered product, and provide a clear written apology for this experience and the lack of transparent communication.
