Mars Men Himalayan Refund Request for Misleading Product Advertising
After seeing an advertisement on Instagram, I ordered a product called “Himalayan” from the Mars Men brand. The product was shown in pill form in the advertisement, but what I received was a completely different product resembling a gummy candy. There is an obvious difference between the product advertised and the one delivered.
Furthermore, although the advertisements claim that the product is approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, the product I received contains no label, permit, or approval information confirming this claim. This has seriously undermined my trust in the brand. When I contacted the company, I was simply told that I could return the product. However, they provided no instructions on where to send it, which shipping company to use, or what information to include. They subsequently stopped responding to my messages.
I want to return the product and receive a full refund of the amount I paid. Since the product delivered does not match the one shown in the advertisement and the return process has been left unclear, I request that my complaint be resolved and that the matter be properly investigated to prevent other consumers from experiencing the same situation.
