I Face Solgar VM-75 Quality Concerns After Finding Black Spots On Capsules

I purchased Solgar VM-75 from Istanbul Sağlık Pharmacy on June 19, 2026. As soon as I opened the product, I noticed black spots on the capsules. This immediately raised concerns for me about both health safety and the reliability of the product.

When I reported the situation to Solgar, I was told that this type of appearance could occur. However, I did not find this explanation sufficient or reassuring. I do not consider it acceptable to find unusual black spots on a newly purchased vitamin product and then receive no clear resolution or detailed explanation.

Since a replacement was not provided for the product in question, I request a full refund of the amount I paid. I also ask Solgar to properly investigate the product and take the necessary quality-control measures to prevent similar concerns from affecting other customers.
