I placed an order for a three-pack of Mars Men Natural Testosterone Support through the Mars Men Shop website and mobile app, paying 1,749 TRY. However, the package that arrived this morning contained a completely different and cheaper product called “Himalayan Gummies” instead of the products I ordered.

My order number is #1674. After receiving the wrong product, I contacted the company by email, but I have not received any response so far, and no exchange or refund process has been initiated.

I request either a full refund of the amount I paid or the correct delivery of all three packs of Mars Men Natural Testosterone Support that I originally ordered. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
