On January 1, 2026, my spouse bought me a pair of size 7 (EU 37), tan-colored UGG shoes as a New Year’s gift from the Vakkorama store at İzmir İstinyePark. The invoice number is VK12026000001382. When I tried the shoes on at home, the left shoe caused a serious injury to my foot. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the left shoe was noticeably smaller than the right.
I then took the product back to the Vakkorama store. Even though the shoes had never been worn outside, they told me they could not offer an exchange and instead suggested sending them to the UGG unit in Istanbul to be stretched. After about two months, the shoes were returned, but it seemed like nothing had been done—they still fit the same way and continue to hurt my foot. In fact, even our daughter, who wears a size 6 (EU 36), tried them on and found them too small. This makes me believe there is a manufacturing defect related to sizing or shape.
Despite contacting the company again on Sunday, March 8, 2026, I was not offered a permanent or satisfactory solution. Since I believe the product is clearly defective, I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement with the same model in proper condition. I ask that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
