Ugg Boots Seams Split in 3 Months – Denied Refund or Replacement
I purchased a pair of Ugg ankle boots in October for ₺10,000, expecting quality from such a well-known brand. But by January, the stitching on the right inner ankle started to unravel. I returned the boots to the retailer, who sent them to the authorized service center, only to receive them back with a claim of “user error.” It’s unacceptable that Ugg would dismiss this issue as my fault after such a short time and only offer a repair instead of a replacement or refund. I barely wore these boots for 30 days total, and yet they failed to meet basic durability standards. Why are boots sold at this price falling apart in three months? I demand a prompt resolution, whether through a refund or replacement. This is an urgent issue that requires Ugg to stand behind its product and respect its customers.
