Cannot Return Unused UGG Boots Because Box Is Missing
On February 13, 2026, a pair of UGG short boots with a tan sole was purchased from the Vakkorama online store and given to me as a gift. The store refuses to accept a return or exchange solely because the box is missing. The product has never been used, and both the invoice and tags are still attached.
Even though I live in Aydın, I specifically traveled to the Vakkorama store at İzmir İstinyePark just for this issue. However, despite the product being unused and having both the invoice and tags, they told me no return or exchange could be processed simply because the box was not available. No other justification was provided, which caused me inconvenience and frustration.
My order number is VK82026000113287. I do not accept the refusal of a return or exchange based solely on the missing box, especially since the product is unused and still has its invoice and tags. Since the 30-day return/exchange period will expire on March 13, 2026, I request that this matter be reviewed urgently and that my issue be resolved with a return or exchange before the deadline.
