Color Fading on UGG Shoes – Requesting Replacement or Refund

On October 16, 2023, I purchased a pair of black UGG shoes through the Boyner app. Despite less than six months of regular use, the shoes have faded, with noticeable whitening on the front and back. I took them to the İzmir Hilltown Boyner store for inspection. After a month-long review, I was informed that my claim was marked as “rejected.” For a high-priced item like this, I find the fading issue unacceptable, and I believe a replacement or refund is warranted.

I have yet to pick up the shoes from the store, as I am requesting a second inspection. I have read similar complaints from other Boyner customers facing the same issue with UGG products. If this is a common problem, Boyner should actively work with the supplier to address it. Brands of this reputation should prioritize solutions and avoid dismissing legitimate concerns as “customer error.” I expect Boyner to take responsibility and respond to my complaint promptly, ensuring it is addressed adequately.
