I purchased a pair of UGG Classic shoes from the Sneaks Up website with order number SU1842368. On the 13th day after purchase, during only the second time I wore them, I noticed that the front part of the shoe had creased and deformed. I already own another pair of UGGs in a different color that I’ve used for about two years without any issues. However, on this newly purchased yellow pair, the creased areas turning white does not seem normal in terms of quality or durability.
For this reason, I sent the product in for inspection on February 5, 2026. However, throughout the inspection process, I did not receive any SMS, email, or other form of communication. I had to visit the store nearly four times just to find out the result, and even then I was told the claim was rejected. I also learned that the product had been sent to the headquarters without my knowledge. As someone who works in retail, I know that the standard inspection period is 14 days, and in problematic cases it can be extended up to 21 business days. Despite all this time and multiple store visits, I cannot understand how a rejection decision was made without even a single notification.
Considering the high price I paid—over $420—and the fact that the product showed this level of deformation in such a short time, I request that the inspection process be reviewed carefully again and that my shoes be refunded or replaced. I also expect appropriate action to be taken regarding the complete lack of communication and the way this process was handled.
