I purchased a pair of UGG boots from Office Shoes in Budapest, only to discover that one boot is size 37 and the other is size 39. Unfortunately, the store is closed due to a public holiday on November 1, and with my flight scheduled for 7 a.m. tomorrow, I have no chance to return and exchange them in person.

This issue is entirely due to a store error, and I expect Office Shoes to take responsibility and offer a solution.
