Uber Double Charge Issue in Adana, Extra Fees Taken From Card

On September 25, 2025, during my Uber ride in Adana from Erkan Çukurova College to Adana Bilsem, two separate charges were taken from my credit card: one for ₺121 and another for ₺32. I have experienced a similar issue before, which means this has now happened to me twice. In the Uber app and customer support, I could not find any explanation for these charges, and I have not yet been able to contact them.

I want to know why these two separate charges were made and, if necessary, request a refund for the extra amount taken. I expect proper clarification and a quick resolution to this problem.
