Uber Eats Deactivated My Courier Account in 2025 and Still Won't Tell Me Why

My Uber Eats courier account was deactivated in July 2025 in the Dudullu area due to what were described as "flaming hours," and despite applying numerous times since then, it has never been reactivated. That period hit me extremely hard — I faced serious financial and emotional difficulties, fell into debt, and the whole situation took a significant toll on my mental health. Through all of it, I never behaved inappropriately, disrespectfully, or in violation of any rules toward anyone.
Since my account was deactivated, I have never been given a clear or written explanation for why it was closed or why it continues to remain inactive. I visited the office three times and explained my situation repeatedly, only to be brushed off with responses like "we can't tell you why you haven't been brought back." What hurts the most is seeing other couriers — people I genuinely believe should not have had their accounts reinstated — get reactivated, while mine stubbornly remains closed. This feels deeply unjust and discriminatory.
I want to return to work as a courier on Uber Eats. I am requesting a clear and transparent explanation of why my account was deactivated, and I am asking that my account be reactivated. If I committed no rule violation, my account should be restored. If Uber is claiming that I did violate a rule, I am asking that the specific violation be communicated to me in writing and that I be given a fair opportunity to defend myself.
