Uber Driver Account Closed After Wrong Photo Verification Request Review

On 16.11.2025, my Uber driver account was closed on the grounds of “account sharing.” However, I have never shared my account with anyone. A driver who works with me forgot to switch to his own account and accidentally submitted a face/photo verification through my account, and after this mistake my account was deactivated. I explained the situation in detail through the in-app support system, but my account was not reopened and the issue remains unresolved. I believe the problem did not originate from me but from this accidental action carried out within the app. I request that my account be thoroughly re-examined, taking into consideration all my records and photo verifications, and that my Uber driver account, which I believe was closed unfairly, be reactivated.
