Uber Account Wrongfully Deactivated After Face Recognition Error

I have been an Uber user for about 5 years and had never experienced any problems until now. On September 13, in Ataşehir, Istanbul, the Uber app asked me to take a photo for face recognition. At that moment, my phone froze due to overheating, and I couldn’t take the picture. I then tried using the camera scan option, but it didn’t work, and as a result, my account was deactivated.

I received a message saying, “Your face could not be recognized.” When I contacted Uber customer service about the issue, they told me that my account had been closed by the U.S. team and that they could not help me. However, I have never committed any offense, and having my account shut down this way has caused me serious trouble.

I request that my Uber account be reactivated. My registered email address is u**************@icloud.com. I kindly ask that my problem be resolved and my access restored.
