Uber Driver Account Blocked As Duplicate

I am an Uber driver from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and my Uber driver account has been blocked for about one year without proper justification or prior information. When I contacted Uber support, I was told that my account was considered a duplicate account, although this is actually my original and only account. Due to this block, I have not been able to work via Uber for a year and have lost a significant source of my income. I believe this decision is a mistake and I want my situation to be rechecked. I kindly request that my driver account be reviewed again, confirmed as my original account, and reactivated as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a clear written explanation if there is any concrete reason preventing reactivation.
