Turna.com Refused My Iran Air Tour Refund Despite Airline Policy

I made a flight reservation with Turna.com and asked for a cancellation five days ahead of the departure date. They let me know that just 10% of the ticket price would be refunded, stating that this was a decision made by Iran Air Tour. I reached out to the airline directly to confirm, and they provided a written response indicating that their policy states a 20% deduction applies for cancellations made three days prior to the flight. It was made clear that the decision regarding my refund rests solely with Turna.com. Even with this documented evidence, Turna.com chose to disregard it and declined to accept any accountability. I felt utterly trapped in a situation where both sides were just blaming one another. The absence of accountability and transparency has really worn me out, and I won't be booking through Turna.com again.
