Flight Cancelled And No Refund Or Response From Turna.com

I purchased a flight ticket from Riyadh to Hyderabad via Turna.com, with a scheduled departure on 25 March at 11:10 AM. The flight was cancelled, and since the ticket was issued through Turna.com, I am facing serious difficulties in getting any solution. Immediately after the cancellation, I contacted the airlines Etihad and Saudia. Both informed me that since my ticket was issued by Turna.com, I have to resolve the issue through Turna.com. However, I have been stuck at Riyadh airport since the morning of 25 March, waiting from around 9:00 AM, and I still have not been provided with an alternative solution. My Turna.com booking/PNR number is 89JW5I. During this period I tried to reach Turna.com several times, including using the live chat and sending emails to [email protected], but I did not receive any response from them. Because of this situation I have been stranded at the airport for more than 24 hours, with no confirmed alternative flight, no clear assistance, and no communication from Turna.com. I request that Turna.com urgently provide me with an immediate alternative flight or a prompt refund/solution so that I can reach Hyderabad as soon as possible. I also expect clear information and support regarding my rights in this case, as the delay, lack of assistance, and lack of response have caused me significant stress and inconvenience.
