Unresolved Damaged Luggage Complaint on Turkish Airlines Italy-Antalya Flight

During my Italy-Antalya flight on 09.07.2023, my luggage was mishandled – the lock was broken, the contents were scattered, and the boxes inside were torn. The luggage's bottom plastic part was shattered, and the outer hard fabric was damaged. I promptly filed a report and received a form and file number before leaving the airport. Despite being told I could add extra damages online, the experience turned sour. I initiated a claim online through THY customer service, providing my airport report number. They assigned a new tracking number, alleging that there should be a code beginning with 2023. I updated the file with new photos and information through this number. However, I received a negative response, claiming I hadn't filed a report at the airport. I contacted customer service again, and after multiple calls and contradictions, they finally acknowledged my report. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved, and despite THY's reputation, the process has been discouraging. I'm seeking compensation for my inconvenience to replace the damaged luggage with a similar profile suitcase. THY should address passengers' concerns more responsibly. Immediate attention to this matter is expected.
