(11MAY23 1304GMT) On my TK2462 IST-ADA flight, the front left wheel of my luggage was broken by the ground staff. This is the 2nd case of damaged luggage I have experienced in the last 1 year. In the previous THY flight, my suitcase was changed at the airport with major damage, and the new suitcase given by the THY office was broken. The durability and quality of this new suitcase does not meet the durability limit of the ground attendants during throwing luggage. I have my suitcase repaired and declare the invoice.
