Cannot Play Battlefield Games on Steam Due to Stolen EA Account
I have a Steam account registered in Turkey, and I own Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 2042 on that account, with a total value of approximately $80. My Steam account was linked to my EA account. Around July 2025, my EA account was stolen, and since then I have lost access to it, which means I can no longer play these games.
At the same time, my Steam, Rockstar, Epic, and Supercell accounts were also compromised, but I was able to recover all of them by securing my credentials. The only account I have not been able to recover is my EA account. My Steam account is still linked to the stolen EA account, which was previously registered with the email address hasanalpazma****@gmail.com. Because of this, even though I own Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 2042 on Steam, I am unable to access or play them.
I contacted EA support regarding this issue but did not receive any response. While I may not remember every detail of the account, the link between my Steam account and the EA account, the previous email address, and my Steam purchase records for Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 2042 should be sufficient to verify my ownership.
I request that my stolen EA account be recovered and securely returned to me. If that is not possible, I ask that the connection between my Steam account and the compromised EA account be removed, and that I be allowed to link a new EA account so I can access and play the games I legally purchased. I kindly ask you to review my account and purchase history and help restore my access as soon as possible.
