Turkish Airlines/AJET Ticket Issuance Error

I took my sister's Anadolu Jet ticket and put it on hold. During this process, the reservation was changed and put on hold. Today, we contacted THY to activate the held ticket, and despite specifically requesting Sabiha Gökçen Airport, the ticket was processed for Istanbul Airport. I noticed this error when I checked the confirmation email. Later, while purchasing a ticket for myself on the same flight, the same mistake happened even though I requested Sabiha Gökçen Airport again. When I called the customer service center, they told me to open a case so they could assist immediately. However, when I called back after opening a case, they responded dismissively, saying they could only mark it as urgent. When I asked if we could put the ticket on hold again and rebook from Sabiha, I was told that I could proceed by checking the fare differences. Yet, when I called again, they said it was not possible. I want our tickets to be updated accordingly.

I have opened a record on the subject and 7 days have passed. The consultants supposedly communicated the urgency. The company only provides the information, "The investigation process regarding your feedback is ongoing. Thank you for your understanding." My ticket date is approaching. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
