Turkish Airlines Voucher Issue Prevents Booking New Tickets
THY issued a voucher for a canceled flight. When I tried to use the voucher to book a new ticket online, I couldn't because they changed the titles used for women. The call center is asking for a ₺800 service fee. I have reported and called about this issue multiple times (over the last 20 hours). They reissued the voucher, but this time as a domestic one, so I still couldn't use it. The voucher expires today. Customer service representatives are not helping and even hang up on me. They suggest creating a new report repeatedly, which feels like mockery. All I want is to book a new ticket using our voucher online or through the call center without extra fees. By not processing my request, both my and my spouse's vouchers will expire. They finally suggested that I make a reservation and they would issue the ticket using the voucher, but the reservation itself requires payment. Urgent resolution is needed, please.
