Umingle Age Deny Block

I am 23 years old and I am having a serious problem accessing Umingle on both the website and the mobile app. Yesterday I started receiving an “Age Verification Denied – Umingle is for adults only – you must be 18 or older to use it” message on all of my devices, and I have been completely blocked from using the service since then. During the age verification I entered my real age and confirmed that I am over 18, but the system still denied me and now I cannot access the platform at all. I reached out to Umingle support about this issue but have not received any response. I request that my age verification be reviewed and corrected as soon as possible, and that the age block on my devices be removed so that I can freely use the Umingle website and mobile application again.
