Facebook Hacked Account and Fake Profile Removal Request

For more than a year my Facebook account has been hacked and my identity has been misused. I can no longer access my own account and an account is being used in my name without my permission. Because of this situation, my personal information and identity are at risk, and I am worried that other people may receive messages, see posts or be contacted by someone pretending to be me. I shared a screenshot of the profile that is using my identity. I request that my access to my account be restored as soon as possible and that any unauthorized or fake use of my identity be stopped. I ask Facebook to review my case urgently, secure my account, and help me recover or close any profiles that are not really mine but are using my name or information without my consent.
