Turkish Airlines Ticket Issue of a Disabled Passenger

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a round-trip ticket as a disabled passenger from Turkish Airlines for international travel. When I called the call center to change my departure ticket, I was informed that I could not make changes because it was a discounted ticket. They told me I could open my round-trip ticket, but I shared that I would use my return ticket and did not want to make changes to it. Since I could not change the departure ticket, I had to buy a new ticket from a different airline by paying an additional fee. Because I did not use the departure ticket, my return ticket was canceled without my knowledge. When I wanted to discuss the issue with the company, they informed me that since it was a sequential ticket, the return was canceled because the departure was not used. Despite all my requests, my demands as a disabled passenger were rejected. I absolutely do not accept the cancellation of a ticket that I paid for. As a disabled passenger currently residing in the Republic of Turkey, I am in a difficult situation abroad and do not have a return ticket. I want to return on December 11th with the ticket I paid for and request your support on this matter.
Sincerely,
Ozlem A***
