Turkish Airlines Ticket Cancellation Issue

I encountered an issue with Turkish Airlines regarding the cancellation of an international ticket purchased from their website (http://www.turkishairlines.com/en-int/flights/booking/). Despite having an e-ticket number 235219XXXXX24, the company delayed the refund process until the flight date, only to request a medical report for a close relative's health issue after the flight. The flight date was July 30, 2023, and I first contacted customer service on July 25, 2023. They provided information to create a claim on their website on July 28, 2023, and responded to the claim on July 29, 2023, with unreachable international phone numbers. Turkish Airlines redirected me to India for processing the ticket purchased in Turkey, causing delays and financial loss without providing a solution.
