Turkish Airlines Status Upgrade Issue and Feedback Loop

As one of the largest companies in our country, Turkish Airlines has misled me and my friend through their call center, resulting in an incorrect transaction. I needed 7925 miles to upgrade my Classic Plus status. When I called customer service to ask if I could upgrade by transferring miles from my friend, I received a positive response (confirmed twice). Based on this, I paid $160 to transfer 8000 miles. We calculated that this would be cheaper than purchasing miles directly. However, the transferred miles were credited as bonus miles, which do not count towards status miles, a fact I discovered too late. When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged the misinformation and said it would be resolved through feedback. Despite multiple feedback submissions and emphasizing the urgency, no resolution has been provided yet. The issue affecting me and my friend needs to be resolved urgently.
