Turkish Airlines Sold My Seat to Another Passenger

I just purchased a seat for my toddler and me on Turkish Airlines, but when we boarded the plane, I realized that our seats had been sold to another passenger. I had no idea how someone else could be offered a seat that I had paid for twice. Unfortunately, the airline was unable to correct the situation and refused to compensate me or my child for the inconvenience. I was quite disappointed because I had high expectations from Turkish Airlines. If their systems aren't working properly, they need to fix them right away. I want the company's customer service staff to apologize and compensate me. If they take these actions, I will keep you updated.
