I am writing regarding unauthorized charges related to an IQ test service apparently provided by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited and billed through my Touch ’n Go eWallet account registered in Malaysia. From November 2025 through February 2026, on the 18th of each month, RM 26 (approximately 6 USD) was deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet balance for payments to “Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited” with the description “IQ Test.” I accessed this IQ test through a web browser, but I do not know the exact name of the application or product. At no point was I clearly informed that this was a paid service, that money would be deducted from my account, or that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. I therefore consider these charges unauthorized, as I did not knowingly agree to any paid or recurring service. I have contacted the company via email about these unauthorized deductions and received a reply, but the response did not resolve the issue, and the core problem remains unsolved. I have attached screenshots of the disputed transactions as evidence. I request that any subscription or service related to this IQ test, linked to my Touch ’n Go eWallet or my details, be canceled immediately and that the full amount of RM 26 deducted on each of the above dates be refunded to me. If a refund is not possible, I still insist that any such subscription be canceled without delay and that no further charges be made to my Touch ’n Go eWallet or any other account under the name of Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited or any related entity. I respectfully request that these transactions be reviewed in detail, that any subscription linked to my information be canceled, and that I receive written confirmation of the actions taken regarding both the cancellation and the refunds.
