During my trip from Izmir to Istanbul, one of the legs of my suitcase broke. When it fell on a coffee jar on that side, it hurt the whole bag. I sent them an email with pictures of the damage, but they wouldn't pay me because I had already left the airport. Yesterday, on my way home, the other leg of the same bag broke, and the side next to it was also broken. I took my damaged suitcase right to the Turkish Airlines (THY) office, where they confirmed the damage but said they couldn't help and asked me to send another email. The airline should pay for the damage to my suitcase and take the blame for it.
