Turkish Airlines Primefly Ticket Refund Issue

I purchased a round-trip ticket from Turkish Airlines to travel to America on July 16, 2024. Since my departure date was fixed, I bought a standard ticket for my outbound flight. However, because my return date was uncertain, I opted for a Primefly ticket for my return flight, paying extra for this flexibility. The Primefly ticket's features clearly stated that in case of cancellation, the full ticket amount would be refunded.

Due to a change in my return date, I wanted to cancel my August 1, 2024, return flight (TK112), which cost approximately ₺20,000. However, I was only offered a refund of $30, roughly ₺1,000! When I tried to change the ticket, I was asked to pay an additional ₺14,000!

I bought the ticket under the promise of a 'Full Refund' and paid extra for this assurance. I demand that this promise be honored and my money refunded.
