Flight Ticket Canceled By Turkish Airlines But Not Refunded Yet

I bought a flight ticket from Istanbul to Costa Rica for my colleague with Turkish Airlines. The outbound flight was fine and my colleague went to Costa Rica for a business assignment. However, for the return flight, I changed the flight to a week later and paid more than ₺8,000 for this change. But suddenly, two days before the return flight date, the airline canceled the ticket without any notification. My colleague realized this when he wanted to check in online. I checked my Turkish Airlines account and saw that the airline said that your ticket was refunded! I could do nothing but buy a new ticket for my colleague at a cost of more than ₺58,000. Since then, I have been following up with the airline for the refund amount, which has not yet returned to my bank account 3 weeks after the ticket cancellation. Only a small amount for the tax part was refunded and the principal was not refunded. I followed up several times through their feedback system and customer service hotline, but they are not helping. They keep telling me to follow up with your bank for the refund process. I contacted my bank and they said the ticket amount is not refunded. Now I am stuck without any solution.
