Turkish Airlines - Missing Luggage and Service Issues
I purchased tickets for three people for the Turkish Airlines flight SFAQX5, scheduled to depart on April 27, 2024, at 17:50 from Istanbul (IST) to Ordu (OGU). The passengers boarded the plane in Istanbul, but upon arrival at Ordu Airport, they realized that their luggage had not arrived. A report was filed, noting that my father is disabled. It was promised that the luggage would be sent via cargo and delivered on Sunday. However, the luggage did not arrive until Monday, and my father had to go to the airport to collect it. The luggage was finally delivered in the evening. Additionally, despite my father's disability, he had to use the Havas service and waited 2.5 hours for the service, during which a fee was charged. Due to this 2-day inconvenience, I request appropriate action to be taken. The luggage contained my father's heart medication and essential drugs for his bladder cancer treatment.
