Turkish Airlines Disabled Passenger Mismanagement

My elderly father was supposed to land at Istanbul Airport at 15:30 on 24.05.2024 from Hamburg with flight details TK 1662 p fr 24MAY hamist HK1 1035 1450. At 15:40, I went to the international arrivals area with taxi driver F**** T****. I waited, but he didn't arrive. The consultant called the unit responsible for transferring disabled passengers. They contacted the G43 unit on the upper floor. They told us the passenger would be delivered in 15 minutes and to wait on the right side of the wheelchair passenger section. I waited about 20-30 minutes, but no one brought my father. I went back to the consultant, who called the upper unit again. They said the passenger couldn't be found and that they would call us back in 2 minutes. I panicked; my father is nearly 90 years old with health issues and can barely stand. We waited, but they didn't call. The consultant called the upper unit again, but no one answered. He called again, still no answer. The consultant told us to go up to G43. They reached the staff member who took my father in a wheelchair. The staff member said he left my father by the taxi stand 40 minutes ago. I got angry and panicked. I ran to the taxi stand and called Mr. F****. He came to the taxi stand. I described my father to the taxi drivers, and they immediately remembered him. They asked if he was the elderly man with two canes who could barely stand. When I showed his photo, they recognized him and said he had waited there for 40 minutes. When no one came, they asked him what he was waiting for. He said he was waiting to be picked up, but no one came. He asked to be put in a taxi to go to Arnavutköy. His home is in Mahmutbey Bağcılar. They went to Arnavutköy and wandered around. When my father couldn't tell them where to go, the taxi driver left him at the Arnavutköy Police Station and returned. I searched for my father by taxi, going from station to station. I came here from Hamburg a day earlier just to meet my father. Both my elderly father got tired and worried, and I was scared because my father was lost, and I paid ₺4,500 in taxi fees. I am complaining about the responsible units. Due to the airline's negligence, I suffered both emotionally and financially.
