Recently, I received a response with two conditions: 1- They will reactivate my membership, but from now on, I can only issue award tickets in my own name. 2- To reactivate my membership, I need to compensate the program partners for their loss.
I responded, confirming that I would only issue tickets in my own name from now on, but I expressed my confusion about the compensation clause. Today, I received a reply stating that I need to pay $3450 to reactivate my membership. I have no idea why I need to pay this amount.
