Turkish Airlines Luggage Not Loaded Due to Tag Error

On June 17th, after missing our flight to Bari, we rescheduled for the next day. We were assured by five different people that our luggage would be transferred without any issues. On June 18th, we arrived for our flight and boarded the plane. Just as the plane was about to depart, I noticed our luggage outside next to a transit vehicle. In a panic, I ran to the front and informed the flight attendants, who contacted the ground staff. They said the luggage appeared to be unclaimed. I repeatedly asked why the luggage wasn't loaded and insisted they do something about it. I told them they needed to contact the pilot and confirm the luggage, but the plane continued to move. Finally, we decided we couldn't travel without our luggage and informed the pilot. Despite explaining my difficult situation, including waking up at 3 AM for two days with my three-year-old child, the flight attendants said there was nothing they could do. Eventually, the plane was brought back, and we were asked to fill out paperwork to disembark. Just then, the ground staff arrived with our luggage. I had to cry and shout for 45 minutes in front of my child to get this resolved. How does Turkish Airlines plan to address the psychological distress caused to my family and me? I spent my entire week-long vacation thinking about this incident, which severely affected my nerves. They said the luggage would be sent to us the next day, but we wouldn't be staying in Bari. When the luggage finally arrived, it had a handwritten date correction. They claimed the luggage appeared unclaimed because the barcode tags had the previous day's date, despite our names being on them. I took a photo of this. For 45 minutes, you put me in a very difficult situation with my child early in the morning. You can't do this; you have no right. It took me 45 minutes to convince you that the luggage was ours. If we can't trust Turkish Airlines, what's the point? You have deeply disappointed me.
