Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage and Provided Poor Compensation

I was traveling with THY from Izmir to Istanbul, and then to Jeddah with a connecting flight. We started our journey with four suitcases and three people. Upon arriving in Jeddah, we waited for our luggage, but one suitcase was missing. We waited for an average of four days. During this time, we had no clothes; two adult women and a young girl were left without clothes. Our family and my husband in Turkey explained the situation to THY. They said they would reimburse any emergency expenses and asked for receipts or invoices. We complied. After four days, three suitcases arrived, but the most important fourth suitcase was still missing. After our Umrah visit, we returned to Turkey and waited for the lost luggage; it arrived a month later, broken and damaged. THY officials kept stalling us by saying they would provide financial and emotional support. The officer who delivered the suitcase took a record, and we documented the damages. THY stated they would assist. Initially, the compensation unit offered ₺5,500. We had already spent approximately $300, and the cost of the suitcase was additional. In the second stage, they offered ₺7,700. When we didn't accept this, they tried to avoid responsibility by saying 'this is all we can do.' This account is my nephew's, he is following up. I don't know the people in the photo I sent; their names were written on my suitcase. The reference number that seems like a joke is 2024021734.
