Turkish Airlines lost my belongings.

I traveled to Elazig this morning on your TK2313 and TK2644 flights. I checked in 1 suitcase and 1 box, and your staff told me I could collect my belongings in Elazig. When I arrived in Elazig, neither my suitcase nor my box had arrived; they were lost. A report was filed with reference EZSTK22607. I am in Elazig for a business trip and have none of my belongings. I need you to find and deliver my belongings to me by this evening at the latest. I am surprised to have experienced such an issue with Turkish Airlines; I have never faced such a problem with other companies. Due to the inconvenience you have caused, any purchases I am forced to make (with receipts) will be reimbursed by you, and my legal rights are reserved. Please assist urgently, this is not befitting of you.
