Turkish Airlines - Issues with Baggage Wrapping at Istanbul Airport

While handling online ticket transactions at Istanbul Airport, I did not come across any notice that bags would not be accepted. On June 27th, I had tickets for myself, my two children, and three others for the Istanbul/Mus flight. To make things easier for me, I ensured that my bags contained only clothes, no liquids or food, and were securely packed. Despite this, I was forced to pay ₺600 for wrapping services, which I believe was an unfair charge. I informed the staff twice that the items in the bags were only clothes and that the bags were securely sealed and not flexible, but both times I received negative responses. I am requesting a refund of this charge. I mentioned to the customer service representative that I have seen bags being used on flights from Muş to Istanbul or Van to Istanbul. When I asked why I faced this issue, I was told that some points might use discretion, but if it is prohibited, it should be prohibited from Muş to Istanbul as well. I should not have to pay ₺600 because I did not see any notice about the prohibition of bags in mobile ticket transactions or at the initiative-used points. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this matter.
