Turkish Airlines Flight Change Restrictions Result In Inconvenience
Our Turkish Airlines flight schedule was changed. As a family, our 8-hour connecting flight was updated to 21 hours. Recently, there were no restrictions for nearby airports with the same departure location, and changes could be made for free. Unfortunately, now restrictions have been imposed for nearby airports, and a price difference is being charged. Since its establishment, our corporate company, Turkish Airlines, which has always worked to resolve every issue in favor of customer satisfaction, seems to have adopted a different management approach. Before the 2019 local elections, the 25 cent paid plastic bag policy in the market drew public backlash, and our government had to pay the price at the ballot box, especially in Istanbul, and could not implement a second price increase on bags.
