On September 8, 2023, I landed in Sivas from Istanbul with my Turkish Airlines flight, PNR number V36W24. After some time, I contacted customer service to reschedule my return flight from Sivas to Istanbul from September 10, 2023, to September 11, 2023. They informed me that a fee would apply, which I agreed to. However, due to an issue with my payment card, I couldn't complete the transaction. Consequently, I requested to keep my flight on September 10, 2023, unchanged. No changes were made. When I arrived at the airport for my flight on September 10, 2023, I was told that there was no flight booked under my name. After explaining the situation, they managed to get me on the flight. However, I was informed that my next flight from Istanbul to Mulhouse Basel on September 14, 2023, was not showing in the system. When I called Turkish Airlines customer service, they asked me to fill out a feedback form, which I did. Despite waiting for several days, no solution has been provided. I have a flight scheduled for September 14, 2023, and I have arranged my entire work schedule and family plans around this flight. Why am I facing this inconvenience due to an error on their part?
