Turkish Airlines Flight Boarding Issue Due to Name Error
Despite having all my information correct on the ticket I purchased in my name, there was an error in the name section due to the computer's auto-fill feature. Instead of correcting this issue, which was noticed during check-in an hour before the flight, my seat was canceled and resold to me at a much higher price. They recognize me as the seat owner when canceling and ask for my approval, but then they say they can't let me fly as the seat owner. They issued the same ticket twice to the same person. This is absurd and shows extreme greed. I am there during the cancellation, but not recognized as the seat owner. I hope those who manage these policies face consequences. I wish THY, as a national brand, does not suffer, but the managers should be held accountable.
