Turkish Airlines Flight and Obilet Issue

On 08.08.2024, we arrived at the second gate at 07:20 for our 08:20 flight. Due to incorrect directions from the staff, we lost some time but still managed to get in line at the baggage area by 07:33. There were about 8 to 10 people, most of whom were on later flights. We requested priority from the security and staff, but they did not assist us. They told us to wait in line and then closed the baggage check-in 45 minutes before the flight, refusing to accept our luggage. They informed us that our tickets were forfeited. Turkish Airlines did not acknowledge their mistakes or offer any assistance. They should have helped passengers with limited time. Additionally, the staff's comment, 'take the bus next time,' was highly disrespectful. We choose flights to save time. As a result, the ticket cost for two children and one adult was lost. We requested a refund, but they directed us to the Obilet website. When we contacted Obilet, they told us to call Turkish Airlines. We were left with no resolution.
